# The GreetOwl contract GreetOwl is an embeddable AI video concierge: custom branding, Simli avatars, lead capture, multi-tenant SaaS, and Stripe billing. Open https://greetowl.ai. The product is the widget on a host site, not a standalone social network. MAHON may receive the lead later; GreetOwl's job is greeting, answering, and capturing. Do not imply every prospect site already has a live avatar session. Show the demo widget you can actually play.

# Readiness check 1. Open the GreetOwl marketing site and the live demo widget. 2. Confirm branding, persona, and a visible lead-capture path. 3. If Simli or the avatar runtime is down, fall back to the scripted concierge UI and say the avatar session needs the runtime. 4. Use a labeled demo lead. Do not submit a real customer's personal data. 5. Confirm Stripe is not charging a live card in the demo tenant.

# One concierge turn Play the greeting, ask a question a visitor would actually ask (hours, pricing, or a product), and show the answer staying on-persona. Then show the capture field. A completed demo capture should be marked demo and, if interop is visible, ready for MAHON intake. If capture is tagged `[LEAD_CAPTURE]` in product copy, explain that it is a structured event, not a mailbox dump.

# Branding and tenancy Walk the branding controls: colors, wordmark, persona, and embed snippet. Explain multi-tenant SaaS as isolated workspaces, not one shared conversation memory across customers. Do not paste a production embed snippet with live keys onto a public slide. Use the demo workspace's public embed only.

# Seven-minute sequence - Minute 0-2: host-site problem (missed visitors, no after-hours greeting). - Minute 2-4: live or fallback concierge turn. - Minute 4-6: capture event and branding. - Minute 6-7: embed path and who owns the lead in MAHON. Ask where after-hours visitors currently go to die.

# Boundaries The demo can prove widget render, persona, capture, and embed setup. It does not prove 24/7 human-equivalent staffing, HIPAA-safe healthcare advice, or that Simli is running on every page load. If the avatar runtime fails, keep the conversation in the text concierge and record the failure after. Never store payment PANs in notes.
